Making the connection between lecture and lab content can sometimes be difficult for students.
The Connecting the Dots Pre-Conference Workshop takes a deeper look at the goals of lectures and labs and how each enhances and builds on the other. When applying this to online learning courses special circumstances need to be considered. Using the Missouri S&T Laboratory Redesign Handbook, this workshop will guide participants through how to align courses and content sequence when teaching blended, flipped and online laboratory courses.
